Google docs.

The easy way to find things on Google!

For I.C.T our teacher sent us a few documents with what we could do. We had to try them all out and choose the best ones. Here is my best ones:
Keep it simple - I find this an easy tool because it is easy to do there is not much to put in one.
eg. ttp://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=fish+in+thw+amazon&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#hl=en&client=safari&rls=en&sa=X&ei=lqqqTN_ZNoiGvAOClYmjBw&ved=0CB0QBSgA&q=fish+in+the+amazon&spell=1&fp=cd70dd5075ba8ed6

Choose descriptive words - I would use this mostly because it is easy to find what you're looking for. If you don't know what something is called you describe it.

eg.

Phrase search - I find this easy to use.

Terms you want to exclude - This is easy to use because it will be more accurate.

Case studies

For I.C.T homework we had to look at what could happen when you don't use your blog wisely.

The first case study i found was little boy. The boy had put his address, full name , house number and his mobile phone number. The boy put to much information on his blog. If anyone saw his blog they would know where to find him. There are undercover police officers that search up peoples websites that have to much information. They find the person and make him/her delete the blog. This is what happened to the boy.

DESSERT SAFARI

In the summer holidays we went to Dubai to meet some friends. It was so fun they had a pool we went to build a bear, but the thing that stands out the most was the dessert safari. It sounded so fun and we had been planning it for weeks. This was going to be my first. I didn’t know what to expect, so I had to wait and see.

It was a bloody hot day it was about 48 degrees, and when you stepped outside it felt as you had just come out of a swimming pool. We just finished eating lunch and the doorbell rang and a private jeep was picking us up. We got our stuff and went into the jeep. Because it was my first time I got to sit in front. When we got to the dessert they deflated the tiers. Then we started driving. The driver was driving quite quietly over the sand because we did have a 4 year old in the back. Then all of a sudden we were going super fast up and down left to right. I was in the front so it felt as if we were about to fall of a cliff. We would ride fast over the top of the sand hills. It was petrifying I closed my eyes and screamed my head of. Then we got stuck at the top of the hill me leaning down about to vomit.

Then we got to a sharp break and stopped. I was so dizzy, I couldn’t really see. After a minute I was all right and I saw how beautiful it was. We took some pictures. I really couldn’t believe that every time we started driving my brother my four-year-old brother was comforting me! We kept on driving and we saw lots of jeeps get stuck I was so happy we only got stuck once. Me and my (Max) were sitting at the back when we arrived at the camp.

The camp was huge there was sand boarding, camel riding, sand buggy riding, rolling down sand hills and even free drinks we did and drank all of it . There was a stage in the middle and a huge sand hill at the side of the camp it looked a bit like the Great Wall of China.
Max and me would go up the sand hill then roll down and bump into someone we didn’t know. Then when we rolled down we saw a Hanna stand. And I got flowers on my hand and max got a snake it was pretty cool. Then we went back two our mums and watch the first show. It was a man wearing a skirt. He started spinning and spinning he even made me dizzy. He suddenly untied the skirt and there was another one with lights on it. Then he untied that one and there was one with umbrellas on it (he was still spinning the whole way through). After half an hour he stopped spinning and was sweating like it just rained. Then he started picking volunteers he chose my mum. My mum put on the skirt and started spinning then she said stop and went back to tell us what she did. She said it was really heavy. We all started laughing because we took a photo were my mum looked ridicules.

The belly dancer came on and we watched her do her stuff she bought up volunteers. First she took three men and told them how to shake their buts. They thought it was a joke but she was serious. So the men shook their buts. We all started laughing. Then she asked Max and my brother Jelle to come up they both went up and shook their buts to. I laughed my head of because they both said it was fun. Then there were other men that came up. After two more men who were shaking there chests the ladies came on. Lucky for my mum and her friend they didn’t have to go. After that we had dinner. We nearly made a food fight but we weren’t allowed to. Then we had to go home and go to bed it was fun and scary.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND!

In this time I made the best of friends and a hard effort. It was a 4-month practice for the best performance ever! Out of all 8 shows the last one was outstanding. I had to drive up and down and up and down. We had to go all the way to central or even to Hong Kong Island. It was harder then it sounds.

When I auditioned, I was petrified - I had never done it before and I had never seen any of the people. The audition went quit well they asked me to stay behind and pretend that a giant walnut was my baby and pretend that I always want the latest trends. They started laughing of all the jokes I made! And a few days later I got a call that changed my acting carrier. “YES! I got a part” I screamed when my mum hung up the phone and told me I was the duchess. I didn’t even know what the duchess was but I was so happy I couldn’t even stop picking up the phone and pretending that I had an agent and saying: “ are you sure I just got a part in Alice in wonderland.”

When we got to the first meeting of our play I met a lot of people I didn’t even know. They were tall and short, younger and older and we all had a very important roll to play. After a few meetings we started being a giant group after rehearsals some of us would be found down at festival walk eating lunch together. Some of us would still be their waiting for parents (that was mostly me) we were all friends together and never left each others side.

When we had our first run through we were so proud of our selves. Then we started getting special guests. And it would get harder and harder. When it got to the real shows I started getting real nervous. When it came to my scene for the first time I was frightened as hell but it came out pretty good. The second time I got used to it. On the last show we nearly cried when we took our last bow in front of the audience. When the curtains came up again (by surprise) we started shouting and the audience clapped again we ran of stage and said our last good byes and cried. Then another surprise we were having a pizza party. We started crying at the end. All of us did even some of the boys! When we definitely had to say our last goodbyes it was over. I will never forget this experience. Ever!!
